Acceptance of terms
By creating a Monipay account you agree to these terms, the privacy policy and applicable Sierra Leone financial regulations.
Accounts and KYC
You must provide accurate registration information and complete identity verification. Certain transactions are restricted until KYC is verified.
Fees and charges
Loan offers carry a single one-time 9% charge (not monthly). A configurable 5% de-risk fee applies where stated. All fees are shown transparently before you confirm any transaction.
Loans
Loan requests are processed through registered groups and require chairperson, secretary, treasurer and Monipay approval. Direct individual loan requests are inactive unless enabled by Monipay management.
Investments
Investment returns are projected estimates until approved and confirmed by Monipay. Share purchases become valid only after verification, payment confirmation and approval.
Security
You are responsible for protecting your PIN and OTP. Monipay will never ask you to share them. Report suspicious activity immediately.
Service availability
Live money movement, USSD, OTP messaging, identity verification and payments require secure provider integrations and operational approval before activation.
